The team at Zenvo Automotive A/S has been creating 100% Danish-designed hand-built sports cars since 2007! At the beginning of 2023, the company publicly announced Aurora, a new chapter in the story of Zenvo Automotive. A V12 quad-turbocharged hypercar packaged in a sophisticated yet beautiful, carbon monocoque chassis. Just 100 Aurora models will be built and will mark the start of the future of Zenvo’s intentions as Denmark’s only hypercar brand. This video shows has Zenvo's fragmented carbon wheels are manufactured, with each minute fragment hand-cut and expertly layered to create the special finish, weighing some 15 kilograms less than the aluminium variants. As with all carbon fiber work at Zenvo, from the body panels to the floor mats, these components are created in-house using a combination of cutting-edge technology and human craftsmanship with countless personalization options.
